Smoothies are probably the easiest “Care and Share” recipes. Most of the healthy smoothies that we drink can be shared with our dogs. With ingredients blueberries or spinach (or even spinach powder), they are an easy way of hydrating and providing extra nutrients.

And if there is anything left over, it can usually be frozen to make a hydrating treat!
