The idea behind Care and Share recipes is simple: to save time and effort and to give your dog human-grade ingredients wherever possible.
Not everybody has the time or inclination to cook for their dog. I realise that. But there is interest in this idea amongst many of our gundog friends, which is why I will persevere and create recipes that make life easier all round. As far as I’m concerned, it’s a win-win. Obviously, the simple things like sharing a purĂ©e are the quickest and easiest to record. But how about the circular cooking element of this, using a human-grade purĂ©e as an ingredient in training treats.
